Oktoberfest (Consolaria)
Oktoberfest is a seasonal event that lasts from September 27th through October 31st. It can also be temporarily enabled by consuming a 
Wishbone. By default, Consolaria's Oktoberfest content is not seasonally restricted, though this can be changed in the Configuration options.
The Oktoberfest content consists of items sold by the Clothier and the Merchant, which are based on real-life Oktoberfest traditions. If content is not seasonally restricted, then the items will be available from these sellers if the player is holding a mug of Ale when opening the shop. Furthermore, the Oktober Locks wig is not available by default and is locked behind another configuration option.
This event partially overlaps with Halloween, which starts on October 10th.
