The Suspicious Looking Egg is used to summon Lepus. Like most bosses, two Lepuses cannot be summoned at the same time, and attempting to summon a second will not work. Lepus can be summoned anywhere at any time.
The evil bunnies will only drop a Suspicious Looking Egg if Lepus is not present, and optionally only during Easter.
The buy price is if buying from the Mutant from Fargo's Mutant Mod.
