The Rolling Neutronium Core is a Hardmode telekinetic weapon. It completely stops moving when let go and moments later, creates a large explosion that infects the 'Irradiated' debuff on hit. This heavily deals damage over time. It has a 1/3 chance of being dropped by the Martian Saucer. It drains 3 psychosis per second instead of 1 like most telekinetic weapons.
