The Psi Spike Ball is a Hardmode telekinetic weapon. Only a single projectile orbits around the harmless controlling, the rotation direction depending on which way the main orb is facing. The single orbiting orb can go through tiles. On hit triggers 30 immunity frames on the target instead of the usual 10. It has a 1/100 (1/50) chance of being dropped by Blue Armored Bones enemies.
Its best modifier is Godly.
