The Mini Cactuar is a Hardmode endgame telekinetic weapon. This has similar behavior to a sawblade in how it swirls around the cursor while also shooting out a needle in a random direction every frame, 60 times per second.
Its best modifier is Godly.

Trivia

• This weapon was originally created for JoostMod's Jumbo Cactuar boss. However this mod has yet to be ported to 1.4 so this is now obtainable without it.
