The Ichor Vial Necklace is a Hardmode accessory. It causes the wearer's telekinetic attacks to inflict the Ichor debuff on enemies, and also produces light orange flame particles that light up the area where ever a damaging telekinetic projectile is at. The Ichor debuff has a 25% chance to happen on hit and lasts for 5 seconds. This can stack with other Vial Necklaces.
