The Frost Vial Necklace is a Pre-Hardmode accessory. It causes the wearer's telekinetic attacks to inflict the Frostburn debuff on enemies, and also produces light blue flame particles that light up the area where ever a damaging telekinetic projectile is at. The Frostburn debuff has a 25% chance to happen on hit and lasts for 3 seconds. This can stack with other Vial Necklaces.
