- During the month of April, the Calamity Vanity mod will enter the April Fools' Day event, where the modifiers of some items will be changed, and a new town NPC and a new Boss fight will be unlocked. The event also unlocks some unique items and weapons that cannot be obtained and used at other moments. After two weeks of the month, most event items will become unobtainable and will automatically disappear or become unusable.
- If the Polus Communicator pet is equipped for more than 5 seconds while the player is equipped with a Stone Pile or is outside of an April Fool's event, it will stop to talk to you, and then continue to fire more and more difficult barrages at the player's head. The event ends approximately 1 minute after triggering or when the player dies. If you don't die during the barrage, you won't be able to trigger the event again unless you have the Stone Pile equipped.
