The Asteroid Belt is a scepter that creates up to 6 orbiting meteors. Each orbiting meteor provides the following effects:

• 10 reduced maximum mana (unless wearing the Meteor Visor)
• 5% reduced non-magic damage (unless wearing the Meteor Visor)

Taking damage launches all meteors outward. These meteors can penetrate infinite enemies and are slightly affected by gravity.
