The Heart of the Monarch is a Pre-Hardmode accessory that is dropped by Mushroom Monarch, it decreases healing item efficiency by 25%. While inflicted with Potion Sickness, life regeneration is nullified and all damage done to the player during that time period is collected. When Potion Sickness ends, the player will be healed for one quarter of the collected damage total.
