The Rod of Coalescence is a pre-Hardmode tool that teleports the player to the mouse cursor at the end of its swing with a maximum range of 20 tiles, teleporting the player to the edge of this range if the mouse cursor is further away. Each successful use inflicts the Coalesced State debuff on the player for 5 seconds, preventing it from being used while this debuff is active. The Rod of Coalescence has a 0.5*1/200 (0.5%) / 0.57*1/175 (0.57%) chance of being dropped by Dark Casters.
