The Frozen Brew is a healing item that restores 80 health and inflicts Potion Sickness for 60 seconds when used. The duration can be reduced via the Philosopher's Stone or Charm of Myths. Frozen Brews also provide a 20% damage reduction bonus after consuming which lasts for 30 seconds. This effect is cleared when you take damage, effectively only making it useful for a single attack.

Frozen Brews can only be obtained from Endogorth. It is considered an alternative to Healing Potions as they provide a similar health recovery, as well as providing 20% reduced damage taken from the next attack.
