The Yuri's Eye is a Hardmode Accessory obtained by using the Death's ??? near the Party Girl, during the Blood Moon, and the player has the Portrait of Markov in their inventory will kill the Party Girl and give the player the Yuri's Eye, and the text "You feel quite joyful." will appear in chat. When equipped, it summons a Yuri's Dagger that inflicts the Confused debuff. It cannot be equipped while the Emblem of Markov is equipped.
