The Emblem of Markov is a Hardmode Accessory dropped by the Tier 3 Dark Mage with a 20*1/5 (20%) chance (33.33*1/3 (33.33%) in Expert Mode). When equipped, it increases summon damage by 5%, decreases Nurse price by 40%, the Goblin Tinkerer cannot give reforges in between Forceful and Quick, Murderous and Nasty, Pointy and Bulky, Staunch and Powerful, Masterful and Intense, and Weak, the Goblin Tinkerer reforges Randomized, Joyful, Blossoms, Shielding, Channeling, Communist, Moto Moto, Chad Stongest, Enchanted, Comically Large, Anarchist, Yyrimirs, Glittering, and Oiled for true melee, Hylias, Unique, Cataclysmic, Overloaded, Calamitous, Malicious, Realistic, Flashy, Two Sp00ky, Greedy, Trickster, Leaking, Sadistic, Distorted, and Ancient for staffs, Legendary and Legendary (Terrarian) for melee Light for tools, Mythical for magic, and Unreal for ranged, decreases Goblin Tinkerer's reforge price by 40%, nearby enemies are inflicted with the Confused debuff, 20*1/5 (20%) chance to inflict the Fear debuff, and a 1*1/100 (1%) chance to inflict the Horror debuff, 100% with the Hysteria Vial and Mom's Box equipped. It cannot be equipped while the Emblem of Markov is equipped.
