The Vitality Stone is a craftable Pre-Hardmode Accessory. When equipped, picking up a Heart or Star if the player has full health or mana gives the player the Vitality buff, increasing the player's health regeneration by 2 and mana regeneration by 5, and if the player picks up Hearts or Stars if below full health or mana, it heals 5 extra health or mana. It cannot be equipped while the Life Stone or Arcane Stone are equipped.
