The Arcane Stone is a craftable Pre-Hardmode Accessory. When equipped, picking up a Star if the player has full mana gives the player the Arcane Stone buff, increasing the player's mana regeneration by 5 and does not decrease until the player takes damage, and if the player picks up Stars if below full mana, it heals 10 extra mana. It cannot be equipped while the Vitality Stone is equipped. It is used to craft the Vitality Stone.
