The Second Option is a Pre-Hardmode Accessory dropped by the Nurse with a 25*1/4 (25%) chance (50*1/2 (50%) in Expert Mode). When equipped, if the player gets hit, it gives them the Second Option buff, healing back 25% of their health lost in the hit if they don't get hit during its duration. It is used to craft the Rejuvenator.
