The Rejuvenator is a craftable Hardmode Accessory. When equipped, it decreases the Potion Sickness debuff's duration, if the player gets hit, it gives them the Second Option buff, healing back 25% of their health lost in the hit if they don't get hit during its duration, increases the player's maximum health by 50, and increases life regeneration by 1.
