The Junk is a Pre-Hardmode Pet obtained by picking up Junk, which is dropped by Eater of Worlds with a 0.25*1/400 (0.25%) chance (0.5*1/200 (0.5%) in Expert Mode), and from every other Boss with a 2.5*1/40 (2.5%) chance (5*1/20 (5%) in Expert Mode). When picked up, it has a 5*1/20 (5%) chance to give the player the Junk, else the text "There is nothing valuable here" will appear in chat. When equipped, it summons Ser Junkan to follow the player. It receives a visual upgrade after defeating the Eater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu, Skeletron Prime, Wall of Flesh, Skeletron Prime, Plantera, and Moon Lord.
