The Glode of Agony is a Hardmode Grab Bag dropped by the Lunatic Cultist with a 25*1/4 (25%) chance (50*1/2 (50%) in Expert Mode). It requires a Rusted Key to open, and gives the player the Bloody Necklace, with the text "The blood lusted souls are now free" appearing in chat.
