The Bloody Necklace is a Hardmode Sentry obtained by opening the Globe of Agony. When used, it summons a Fallen Innocent that summons three variants of Fallen souls that attack enemies. The first variant fires Bloody Spirits that home in on enemies and upon contact with enemies, fire out Blood and inflicts Bleeding and On Fire!. The second variant fires Heart Breakers that explode into Inferno Blasts that inflict Hellfire upon contact with an enemy and explode into Solar Explosions if it doesn't contact anything. The third variant fires Eyes of Pain that home in on enemies and have a 10*1/10 (10%) chance to turn into a Nebula Arcanum upon contact with enemies. It is used to craft the Heart of Evil.

Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Bloody Necklace has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
