The Eye of Piss is a Hardmode, post-Golem accessory. It causes all piss streams fired from weapons from the World of Piss and the Piss Mod to automatically and aggressively home towards the nearest enemy, similar to the effect of Chlorophyte Bullets, but also causes all ranged piss weapons to consume twice as much piss.
