The Caustic Spirit Lure is a post-Moon Lord summon weapon that can be dropped by Hadrid. It summons a Caustic Cranium.
The Caustic Cranium has 2 methods of attack:
- Orange - Rapidly dashes through enemies
- Blue - Fires projectiles at enemies
Its best modifier is Ruthless.
