In Game Description

Attacks with this weapon will rapidly sweep in an arc.
Striking foes with this attack will heal a small portion of damage dealt as HP (Max 5 HP).
Gain the buff Bloodthirsting Blade when wielding this weapon.
Bloodthirsting Blade grants powerful buffs as HP diminishes, but prevents natural life regeneration.
Damage, critical strike chance, and critical strike damage is increased based on missing HP.
Damage bonuses cap at 200% damage.
Right click to unleash Blade Art: Dragon , consuming 20% of current HP (20 second cooldown).
After a short delay during which you are invulnerable, Blade Art: Dragon activates.
Blade Art: Dragon deals 400% damage to all foes in a wide radius around you.
Defeating a foe with Blade Art: Dragon instantly refreshes the cooldown.
