The Tartaglia is a craftable Hardmode Umbral ranged weapon that is made obtainable after Golem has been defeated.
Its best modifier is Unreal.

In Game Description

Hold left click to charge the weapon; the longer the weapon is charged, the stronger the resulting attack will become .
Charging the bow to its maximum before firing will turn the arrow into a unique Riptide Bolt .
Riptide Bolts will apply Riptide to foes struck for 12 seconds.
Right click to consume 200 mana, entering Raging Tides for 8 seconds.
Within Raging Tides , attacks are changed into rapid close-ranged melee strikes that deal double damage and mana will not regenerate.
Additionally, gain extra Movement Speed for the buff's duration.
Attacking foes afflicted with Riptide in this stance will deal extra damage.
This weapon does not use ammo.
