The Soliloquy Of Sovereign Seas is a craftable Pre-Hardmode 
Umbral arkhe weapon that is made obtainable after Thespian, the Act of Alchemy has been defeated.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Soliloquy Of Sovereign Seas has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
In Game Description
This weapon has a unique damage type; inherits bonuses from both Magic and Summon damage .
Gain up to 30 bonus damage based on percentage of HP above 60% Max HP.
Press the Weapon Action Key to swap Arkhe Alignment between Pneuma and Ousia , changing this weapon's abilities.
While attuned to Pneuma , right click to summon the Singer of Seas , consuming 1 minion slot (Only one Singer of Seas can be summoned at a time).
The Singer of Seas will heal all allies in a wide radius for 5% of this weapon's damage every 5 seconds (Increased to 10% below 200 HP).
While attuned to Ousia , right click to summon 3 [c/5BBFE8:Salon Attendants], consuming 1 minion slot (Only one group of Salon Attendants can be summoned at a time).
The Salon Attendants automatically attack nearby foes with homing bolts.
Gain Waterwalking while summons are present.
Summons will disappear when swapping Arkhe Alignment .
