The Prism of the Ruined King is a currently unobtainable Tier 3 Stellar Prism.

Grants the following effects when equipped to a Stellar Nova:

Gives the Sovereign's Dominion effect for 15 seconds upon casting the Stellar Nova, granting 30% increased movement speed and 10% increased damage for 15 seconds.
Critical strikes on foes below 50% HP inflict Ruination for 30 seconds, causing damage over time as well as causing critical strikes on them to heal the player proportional to the damage dealt if Sovereign's Dominion is active
The player loses Stellar Nova Energy upon taking damage

Notes

It used to have a crafting recipe of one Empowered Totem of Light, one Voidsent Prism, one Burnished Prism and 20 Prismatic Cores.
Only one Tier 3 Prism can be equipped in the Stellar Nova at a time, unlike all other Stellar Prisms, sharing this property with the Prism of The Cosmic Phoenix.

The item is a reference to Viego, a character in League of Legends who is also known as "The Ruined King".
