The Prism of the Cosmic Phoenix is a currently unobtainable Tier 3 Stellar Prism.

Grants the following effects when equipped to a Stellar Nova:

The player instantly gains 100 Mana upon casting the Stellar Nova, and restores all Mana if their HP is below 100
The Stellar Nova is charged to almost full when the player's HP drops below 50, on a 2 minute cooldown
The player loses the ability to fly when below 40 Mana

Notes

It used to have a crafting recipe of one Empowered Totem of Light, one Painted Prism, one Spatial Prism and 20 Prismatic Cores.
Only one Tier 3 Prism can be equipped in the Stellar Nova at a time, unlike all other Stellar Prisms, sharing this property with the Prism of The Ruined King.
