In Game Description

This weapon is unaffected by Aspected Damage Type penalty .
Using this weapon marks a location based on your cursor (1 minute cooldown).
While cooldown is active, defense and attack are reduced by 5%.
After 3 seconds, an orbital train will annihilate your marked location, dealing guaranteed critical damage to all foes caught in the crossfire.
This attack ignores terrain and destroys projectiles it makes contact with.
The first foe struck by this attack will additionally take 50% increased damage.
Inherits 10% of the Stellar Nova's scaled base damage.
