Mercy attack and Edge of Anguish

The Mercy is a craftable Hardmode Spatial melee weapon is obtainable after Golem has been defeated.
Its best modifier is Legendary.

In Game Description

Attacks with this weapon will rapidly sweep in a short-ranged arc.
Right click to unleash Edge of Anguish (12 second cooldown).
Edge of Anguish will target the nearest enemy to your cursor and charge towards them.
Gain Invincibility for the duration of the dash and striking foes deals 300% damage .
Upon contact, inflict Infernal Hemorrhage for 3 seconds, dealing powerful damage over time.
Additionally, deal 10% of the foe's missing HP as bonus true damage (Up to 2000).
Critical strikes with this weapon's basic attacks reduce the cooldown of Edge of Anguish by 1 second.
Allies striking foes under the influence of Infernal Hemorrhage with projectiles grants Rage for 8 seconds.
Additionally, these attacks deal 2% of the foe's missing HP as bonus true damage (Up to 250).
