The Dreamer's Inkwell is a craftable Hardmode Spatial magic weapon that is made obtainable after Plantera has been defeated.
Its best modifier is Mythical.

In Game Description

Hold the Weapon Action Key to reveal the Illusionary Inkwell and choose a shade of Catalytic Ink
Hold left click to draw damaging Catalytic Ink until the Illusionary Inkwell is emptied (Inkwell's capacity is equivalent to Max Mana)
While Catalytic Ink exists, the Illusionary Inkwell can not be regenerated by any means
Catalytic Ink lasts for 5 minutes once drawn; ink can be dispelled by right clicking, refilling the Illusionary Inkwell
Depending on the selected Illusionary Inkwell shade, the Catalytic Ink can take on various effects
Earth-Catalyzed Ink stuns all non-boss enemies upon contact, preventing movement but costs more Mana to draw and deals halved damage
Wind-Catalyzed Ink periodically buffets players and non-boss enemies and sends them into the air
Flame-Catalyzed Ink inflicts Hellfire foes for 8 seconds upon contact and flames will randomly drip
Ocean-Catalyzed Ink periodically heals allies for 2% of their Max HP (8 second cooldown) and grants Ironskin for 8 seconds when in contact
