The Astral Item is a debug item. Upon use, it will reset the cooldown on obtaining Essences, allowing the player to receive an available Essence immediately, and fills the Stellar Nova Gauge, allowing the player to cast a Stellar Nova immediately.
It is also used to display the Astral icon for the Aspected Weapons.
