The Adornment of the Chaotic God is a craftable Hardmode 
Spatial summoning weapon that is obtainable after Queen Slime has been defeated.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Adornment of the Chaotic God has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
In Game Description
Summons an Adornment Manifest to assail your foes (Only one can be summoned at a time).
The Adornment Manifest will fire magical Chaos Bolts with unpredictable effects.
Additionally, other random objects may be fired on occasion.
Right click to roll the dice, activating a Pure Chaos effect on the Adornment Manifest for 6 seconds (12 second cooldown).
60% chance Positive Chaos : Double attack speed, guarantee Chaos Bolt critical strikes, or gain Invincibility.
30% chance Negative Chaos : Inflict random debuffs on self for a short duration, or cause all projectiles to be random objects and damage is halved.
10% chance to apply all positive effects at the same time for half the duration.
Fire rate increases slightly based on the amount of minions summoned.
