Terramon is not currently released on the Steam Workshop or the in-game Mod Browser.
You can download the latest version here, or by going to its page on the wiki.
For assistance installing the mod manually, see Manual Install
Beta
The Beta versions of the mod are missing core components of the Terramon experience, such as battling, breeding and the Pokedex.
They also omit certain other things like Poke Ball types and Pokemon while the team work on implementing these in the best way.
