The Tranquilizer is a tool that has a 1/6 (16.7%) chance to drop from Goblin Trainers. It fires a tranquilizer dart that massively slows down a creature's velocity and increases their damage taken by 15% for three seconds. The tranquilizer's effect does not work on bosses and lasts for five seconds (instead of three) on critters.
