Template:Disambig/doc

This template displays an informational box that should be placed at the top of all disambiguation pages. It automatically categorizes the page in Category:Disambiguations and adds the magic word __DISAMBIG__, which internally identifies the page as a disambiguation page to the wiki software. As a result, the page shows up on Special:DisambiguationPages, among other things.

Topic of the disambiguation page. Can usually be omitted because it defaults to the page name (without the "(disambiguation)" suffix).
