The I.C.U is a Hardmode launcher that can either be crafted or dropped by Orro & Boro. It uses rockets as ammunition. Holding the attack button will charge Eye Rockets before firing them. Eye Rockets aggressively home in on nearby enemies, ignore tiles, and explode on contact, additionally dealing damage to other enemies within 5 tiles of the explosion.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
