The Flesh Mincer is a Pre-Hardmode Axe that can be found in a Sleeping Monster Chest. Upon use, the player holds the axe overhead. Once a short time has passed, it is slammed down, dealing area damage to an enemy and shaking the screen if it hits the ground.

Additionally, it deals more damage to an enemy with lower health.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
