The Charm of the Flies is a Pre-Hardmode Expert Mode-exclusive Accessory dropped by the Rot Gourd. When equipped, it will summon in a Fly every 10 seconds up to ten flies, that fly around the player and give them 1 defense, and they fly away and give the player the Fly Amulet Recharge debuff.
