Bull Kelp Stalk is a pre-Hardmode whip that loses -1 damage everytime it is used, but can regenerate +1 damage every 90 frames (1 second and a half), there are a few conditidions that makes the regen faster:

• If the player is near water - regens +1 damage every 15 frames (1/4 second)
• If it is raining - regens +1 damage every 30 frames (1/2 second)
• If the player is in the beach biome - regens +1 damage every 60 frames (1 second)

These conditions do not stack and the lowest number always takes priority.

Like other whips, it causes minions and sentries to focus on the last-struck enemy and increases their damage against the target by 4.

If the Bull Kelp Stalk hits multiple targets in a single attack, the damage dealt by each consecutive hit will not be reduced.
