Scorch Shot is a craftable Pre-Hardmode flare gun that, when used with normal flares, fires a Blazer that inflicts Post-burn if the target does not already have the debuff. Burning causes the inflicted to lose 8 life per second and, right before the debuff runs out, explode, taking 20 damage.
