If in the player's inventory, the Goblin Tinkerer will sell the Blueprint- Heart of the Ocean, showing how to build a Heart of the Ocean. The Heart of the Ocean requires 36 Hardened Sand Blocks, Sandstone Blocks, or Sandstone Bricks and under Water. The Heart of the Ocean gives the player the Heart of Ocean buff, granting permanent breath in water and in water, grants full movement, increasing mining speed by 60%, movement and fall speed by 20%, and fall speed by 40% when pressing ▼ Down, and infinite buff time in the Ocean biome.
