The Heart of the Earth is a craftable Pre-Hardmode Furniture item. If in the player's inventory, the Goblin Tinkerer will sell the Blueprint- Heart of the Earth, showing how to build a Heart of the Earth. The Heart of the Earth requires 20 Stone Blocks, Gray Brick, or Stone Slab, and 16 same type of Ore. The Heart of the Earth will give the player a buff with different effects based on the ore used.

If either an Ancient Builder Booklet Chapter 2 or Ancient Builder Booklet Bound Volume are in the player's inventory, the Goblin Tinkerer will sell the Blueprint- True Heart of the Earth, showing how to build a True Heart of the Earth.
