The Vampire Fang is a Hardmode accessory, available for purchase from the Curio Trader once any Tier 6 Boss has been defeated. While it is equipped, the player is healed for 1% of the damage dealt while very close to the target. However, healing potions only heal for 50% of their normal amount, and this effect stays active for 30 seconds after the Vampire Fang has been unequipped.
