The Shatterer is a Hardmode drill, and an upgrade of the Multi-Use Drill. Its pickaxe power is equivalent to that of the Chlorophyte Drill and the Drax.
Its alternate fire mode shoots crystal clusters, which destroy tiles in a large radius and emit many crystal shards that bounce off of tiles for some time. The alternate fire has a cooldown duration of 2 seconds. Unlike the main firemode, which deals Melee damage, the crystal clusters deal Ranged damage.
