The Possessed Silver Blade is a Hardmode sword. It is a powered-up version of the Bewitched Silver Blade In addition to doing more damage, it shoots four instead of three knives on swing, and its melee hits slow the target's flow of time for a longer duration.

The Possessed Silver Blade's alternate attack improves on that of its weaker version by shooting seven blades, divided into three groups. If these projectiles hit an enemy, they will stick to it for 3.5 seconds and continuously apply the Time Slow effect. The cooldown of the alternate attack is 7 seconds.
