The Miracle Mallet is a Hardmode hammer. When swung, it creates five gold bars as projectiles, which will bounce off of tiles and pierce enemies. Enemies hit (either in melee or by the projectiles) will be afflicted with the Midas debuff. The Midas debuff causes affected enemies to drop 10-49% more coins than usual on death. They will glow golden when they have said effect.

Its alternate fire mode shrinks the player to half of their normal size. This makes it easier to dodge enemy projectiles and also allows the player to pass through smaller gaps between tiles. The effect lasts for 10 seconds, and can be used again after a cooldown of 60 seconds.

The Miracle Mallet is available for purchase at the Curio Trader after defeating a Tier 6 Boss.
