The Lunar Dial is a Hardmode, Post-Moon Lord item that serves as an upgrade to the Luna Dial. On use it creates a bubble of stopped time around the player, with a radius of 50 blocks. Enemies and Town NPCs within this area are stopped instantly; projectiles move forwards for a few more instants before coming to a stop. Time-stopped enemies take only 10% damage during the duration of the timestop. Compared to the Luna Dial, the duration of the time stop effect is doubled.
