The Icy Greatsword is a Hardmode melee weapon. Hitting an enemy with this weapon will apply the Frostbite debuff for 2 seconds.
When swung, it generates a line of stationary ice chunks in the targeted direction. These also inflict Frostbite for 2 seconds.

Trivia

• This weapon is a reference to the sword created by Cirno during the spellcard Ice Sign "Sword Freezer" in Hisoutensoku.
• The weapon's tooltip refers to Cirno's catchphrase "I'm the strongest" in a lot of fanworks of Touhou.
