The Blighted Hakkero is a Hardmode Magic Weapon. It is a powered-up version of the Mini-Hakkero. Like its base weapon, it shoots stars; however, unlike the Mini-Hakkero's rainbow colored stars, the dark stars shot by the Blighted Hakkero can pierce enemies. In addition, they will bounce off the first wall they hit. Its alternate fire unleashes a beam of darkness which takes 1 second to fire and lasts for 5 seconds, but has an enormous cooldown of 30 seconds and a base mana cost of 150.

• The Blighted Hakkero is a reference to the possessed version of the Mini-Hakkero used by Marisa Kirisame in Touhou 14 ~ Double Dealing Character. Its alternate fire references the Spell Card Bewitched Weapon "Dark Spark", which is used by Marisa when wielding the possessed Hakkero.
